Last summer we took a chance and held our first Day Camp at the Farm. It turns out, it was the highlight of the whole summer!
There are a few changes this year. Mainly MORE camp options! There are three age groups for our 2019 camps and two weeks to choose from for each age group.
Any camp may be cancelled due to low registration, but for now, we thought we would throw out a bunch of options and see what works.
The General Info:
Cost: $150 for 3 days of camp / $50 per day. A $50 non-refundable deposit due at registration – remainder due on or before the first day of camp.
Date / Times: Camps will be held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Camp starts at 9 am and ends at 3 pm (Often arrangements can be made for earlier or later drop off and pick up times – make sure to let us know if there is an issue)
What we do:
Each day will include a mix of age appropriate activities – a nature hike, a farm job, animal time, snack, lunch, a craft or project and free play time.
We emphasize social and emotional skill building, teamwork with a focus on empathy and compassion, both with peers and with our animals.
Camp will be held rain or shine ( After all, life doesn’t stop if there is a little rain!)
